Our customers are at the heart of our business. Our Commercial Teams design, develop, manage and market our products to drive profitable growth for the business. They are continually innovating to ensure we’re keeping pace with customer needs across our Own Brands and Co-Brands Portfolios.

Operations & Technology

Our Operations & Technology team covers a wide variety of disciplines; from our cutting edge digital, IT, transformation and data teams using the very latest tools and technologies to our award winning customer service and procurement and facilities department – they’re all supporting our journey to becoming the UK’s leading digitally enabled consumer credit provider.

Credit Risk and Collections

Our Credit and Collections team comprises credit risk, fraud and collections colleagues who are experts at developing sophisticated data driven insights to ensure when we lend to customers, we do so in a responsible and an affordable manner. We have also developed industry leading support tools and guidance for our customers when they need our help and support to manage their credit commitments.

Support Functions – Finance, Legal, People, Risk and Audit

Our support functions are critical to the success of our business. As centres of expertise, they provide insight and advice to ensure we meet our regulatory and compliance obligations and achieve our business goals.
